Michael Merrill is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst and has his Master in Business Administration. He founded Company Prophets which provides CFO/Controller services to a diverse group of clients in the medical, real estate, construction, software and entertainment industries. Services includes budgeting, analysis of operations for efficiencies, setup of internal controls, supervision of staff, cash flow management, job cost analysis, contract negotiations, compensation systems, auditing and the creation of reports to allow owners to make effective and timely decisions. In addition, Mr. Merrill has been engaged to create proforma/feasibility models, valuations and business plans for new ventures and procurement of capital which includes detailed revenue and expense projections, ROI/NPV calculations and preparation of GAAP financial statements.
